V. Beffa was a French artist known to produce works in the style of Bernard Buffet which in fact was the same person. This was done to avoid a conflict of interest with his contract. This is lithograph titled "A Small Beach", each print is hand signed and numbered in pencil by V. Beffa. Produced and printed in France 1968.
